Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the size, weight, freight logistics, and custom configuration of Stage Center staging systems, all sales are final and non-returnable.

Each stage system is built to order and carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality, completeness, and durability.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your shipment arrives with missing components or visible damage:

• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
• Include clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and affected components
• Provide a brief written description of the issue

Once reviewed and verified, Stage Center will promptly ship replacement parts at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns, refunds, or cancellations are not accepted for the following reasons:

• Change of mind
• Event cancellation
• Incorrect sizing or configuration selected by the customer
• Freight delivery delays outside of our control
• Normal cosmetic variations in heavy-duty materials

All stage platforms, risers, stairs, ramps, and accessories are considered custom-built, freight-class equipment and are therefore non-refundable.

Repairs & Support

In certain cases, orders may qualify for:

• Replacement parts
• Repair solutions
• Technical guidance

Eligibility is determined after review by the Stage Center technical team.

If you are unsure about sizing, layout, height, or components, we strongly recommend contacting our team before placing your order so we can ensure the correct configuration for your event or venue.

School Center Stage Products Warranty

Stage Center 2–5 Year Warranty. Stage Center LLC warrants to the original owner of each new Stage Center product, for a period of five (5) years for portable stages, railings and stairs, and two (2) years for skirting from the date of purchase (provided that it is purchased directly from Stage Center or an authorized Stage Center dealer), that the product is free of defects in materials and workmanship and that each product meets or exceeds all factory published specifications.

This warranty is void if the product has been tampered with, altered, or misused beyond reasonable wear, and shall not apply if the product has been physically damaged. Improper handling, set-up, or use of this unit could cause it to fail, which could lead to serious injury or death. Please be sure to read, understand, and follow all operating instructions and weight load information provided with this product before use. Do not allow children or untrained persons to use this product.

All users are responsible for ensuring that the stage is properly assembled, leveled, and used within specified load limits. There are no obligations of liability on the part of Stage Center LLC for any personal injuries, death, consequential damage, or any other indirect damages with respect to loss of property, revenues, profit, or costs of removals, installations, or re-installations arising out of, or in connection with, the use or performance of a Stage Center product.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and are subject to inspection and approval by Stage Center LLC. Stage Center LLC reserves the right to repair or replace defective products or components at its sole discretion.
