Due to the size, weight, and freight shipping requirements of our furniture and equipment, all returns require prior authorization from School Center.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
All approved returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for all return shipping and freight costs.
Custom, special-order, assembled, damaged, or used items are non-returnable.
If your order arrives with damaged, defective, or missing parts, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
Once verified, School Center will promptly provide replacement parts or missing components at no charge.
All School Center products and furniture are backed by a 2-Year Warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, School Center will repair or replace the defective item or component at no charge.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by improper storage or maintenance.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may require proof of purchase.
